I recently stayed at Holyrood New Apartment for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a short walk from Hugh street and the castle, as well as being close to the hop on and hop off bus stops. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The host, Agnes, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries we had. The apartment was also well laid out and exactly as shown in the pictures. a perfect place to stay in Edinburgh.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Holyrood New was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secure parking space was a great convenience, especially in a busy city. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The location couldn't have been better - within walking distance to all the major attractions and facing a beautiful view of a famous hill. The apartment was well-equipped and everything worked perfectly, from the smart TVs to the heating system. The space was super clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for a family Easter holiday.
The building's exterior definitely needs some renovation and the hall was not very appealing. , the lack of an elevator made it challenging to carry luggage up and down the three flights of stairs.

Located in a quiet area, this apartment is in a very good location within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants & bars. It is close to everything, being in the heart of the city. Inside, the apartment is modern, clean, and cosy, with two bathrooms for added convenience. There is a Tesco nearby, just round the corner, making it convenient for shopping. Additionally, there is a free NCP car park within walking distance. a great apartment for a group of friends looking to explore the city.
One downside is the run-down exterior of the building, which doesn't match the stylish interior.
